Thank You for placing your order or thinking about placing your order. Since we’re a small-batch startup, we do things differently. Things to consider: our foundation is rooted in transparency, inclusion and quality.

What is cold brew?

Cold-brew coffee, however, is made by steeping coarsely ground coffee beans in room-temperature water for six to 12 hours. This creates a coffee concentrate you mix with cold water or milk.

Currently our cold brew has a shelf life of up to 4 weeks when kept refrigerated.

Do you have ground coffee?

Unfortunately, we do not offer ground coffee. Selling our coffee in whole beans ensures the quality and freshness. Target has a great coffee grinder for a reasonable price.

Where can I buy your coffee in real life?

We’re currently popping up all over Chicago. Our coffee cart is located at Garfield Park Conservatory and our Monday Coffee Outpost is located at Center of Order and Experimentation.

What if I like my coffee hot? Do you have anything for me?

Order our whole beans–then you can make it exactly how you like.

I like dark roast coffee, which roast should I choose?

No.1 will be your best friend.

As a small-batched startup we’re committed to making sure you’re drinking great coffee and well caffeinated.

• We start processing our orders EVERY FRIDAY at 5:00pm CST and ship them on Saturday.
